With a twenty-five-year history in the Hospitality Industry, Tania Pardo Koehler brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. A graduate of both the University of Ecuador and the University of New Orleans, she began her career working with Ritz Carlton in various management positions and remained with them for over seven years. Tania was hired by Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort to be Director of Reservations in 2009, which later led to her being appointed General Manager of two Marriott hotels managed by Sandestin. During her tenure as G.M. of the two Sandestin Marriott properties, Tania won the prestigious Diamond General Manager award from Marriott International for both the Courtyard and Residence Inn brands, the first person to win this award for two properties in the same year. Tania was then appointed as Vice President of Hotel Operations for Howard Hospitality, a local hotel management company. During her time as Vice President, Tania was responsible for the development and opening of the Hyatt Place Sandestin/at Grand Boulevard.
Tania understands firsthand the importance of putting together a great team and is committed to that goal for her clients. As a graduate of the J1 Visa program, she appreciates the value that these programs can bring to both business owners and visa participants.
