With over twenty-five years of experience in the Hospitality industry, Tania founded TPK Staffing Consultants with a singular goal in mind: to connect employers with qualified and enthusiastic candidates for their open positions. It was Tania’s personal journey that drove her passion for the Exchange Visa Programs. As a graduate of a program herself, she has experienced the value of these initiatives firsthand. Her vision is to help connect businesses with eager and talented international participants - she believes this is mutually beneficial on a global level.

With over 10 years of Marriott operational leadership experience Kelsey has a great foundation to be able to recruit top talent, train and lead a successful service-oriented culture. She specializes in Human Resources, Training, Recruitment, and Payroll Processing. Kelsey has held also held the title of General Manager for both Marriott and Hyatt brands while also working as a leader with Disney Resorts.
Alejandra Leyton Serrano
Alejandra is a savvy and creative professional with a social media and marketing background that has a proven track record of providing client satisfaction in difficult markets. She is actions, results oriented, and provides quality, creative solutions. Her skills go beyond that of layout, design, social media strategy, implementation, branding, and content development. She is integral member of the team.

As Service Coordinator, Karen comes to the team with a degree in Business. She is a tenacious and driven professional who is committed to excellence in all she does.
