J1 Visa Program
A J-1 visa is a non-immigrant visa that is provided by the United States to research and exchange tourists who are engaged in educational programs that encourage cultural interchange, in particular to gain training in their fields of business inside the United States.
H2B Visa Program
The H2B non-immigrant visa program permits employers to hire foreign workers to come to the U.S. and perform temporary non-agricultural work, which may be one-time, seasonal, peak load, or intermittent.
H2A Visa Program
The H2A visa allows U.S. employers and U.S. agents that meet specific requirements to employ foreign nationals and bring them to the U.S. to take up temporary agricultural job opportunities.
